Ann graduated from the University of Iowa in 2008 with high distinction. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. While in college, Ann was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Ann graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2011 with distinction. While in law school, Ann was a Note and Comment Editor for the Iowa Law Review and was selected to participate in the Van Oosterhout-Baskerville Appellate Advocacy Competition.
