Ann Brown-Graff is a native of Cedar Rapids Iowa, where she currently resides with her husband and children.
She primarily represents individuals who have been harmed by others.

Education:

Ann attended Cornell College, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science. While at Cornell, Ann was inducted into the Phi Sigma Alpha Honor Society and given the Mark E. Hutchinson Scholarship for excellence in Political Science. 

Ann attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where she graduated with distinction. While in law school, Ann was selected to participate in the Van Oosterhout Memorial Moot Court Competition and later served on the Moot Court Board as a student judge.

 

Professional Honors & Activities:

Ann is a member of American Association for Justice where she is a member of the Section on Toxic, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts and the Lead Paint Litigation Section.

Ann is also a member of the Iowa Association for Justice and Iowa Association of Women Attorneys.

Ann was selected to author the Iowa chapter on class actions in the American Bar Association's book, A Practitioner's Guide to Class Actions.

As part of her personal injury practice, Ann has represented numerous children and families who have been devasted by lead poisoning. These cases are particularly important to Ann because she believes strongly that every child has a right to live in a home that is safe and healthy and that those persons and corporations whose negligence cause children to be lead poisoned should be held accountable.
