Anna Rybicki was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  

Education:

Ms. Rybicki attended Illinois Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal music performance, magna cum laude, in 2000. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003. Following law school, Ms. Rybicki completed a two-year clerkship with Michael J. Melloy, Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
