Brad J. Brady is a native of Anamosa, Iowa and currently lives in Swisher, Iowa. Mr. Brady has practiced law in Cedar Rapids, Iowa since graduation from law school in 1978. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and commercial litigation. He also serves as a mediator for a variety of civil litigation disputes, including personal injury, insurance disputes, civil rights, employment, real estate and property damage disputes.
Mr. Brady has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization devoted to trial practice and limited to approximately 1% of practicing Iowa attorneys (see the press release) and into the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, an organization devoted to trial practice and limited to approximately 3% of Iowa attorneys. He also has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" in the area of personal injury for the Great Plains region, a peer-reviewed selection process limited to 5% of the lawyers in a state.
He is a member and former chair of the Litigation Legislation Committee of the Iowa State Bar Association, a member of the Jury Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Litigation Legislation committee of the Iowa Association for Justice and a former member of the Justice For All Group.
