False and Misleading Claims by Drug Manufacturers

Major drug manufacturers are routinely making false and misleading claims about their drugs and failing to adequately notify consumers about the risk. The FDA has issued warning letters to numerous drug makers in 2010 for claiming that their drugs are more effective and safer than the actually are. Consumers have a right to know how effective the drugs they are purchasing actually are and they certainly should be informed of all the risks.
