Man Killed While Working in a Grain Bin
Brady & O'Shea represented the estate of a young Iowa man who was killed while vacuuming corn within a storage structure at an Iowa farm. Within moments, the man became completely engulfed and subsequently suffocated. Defendants included the deceased man's employer, two companies intimately connected with the employer, two individuals who acted as the deceased man's managers, a company hired by the employer to do safety training for its employees, and the manufacturer of the grain vacuum.
