Semi Runs Red Light and Pulls into Path of Car Causing Near Fatality
A semi tractor-trailer ran a red light, crossed three lanes of traffic, and pulled directly into the path of our client’s vehicle. The driver of the semi told investigating officers that he never saw the car until after the collision. Our client was pinned under the dashboard of the car and it took emergency responders more than one hour to extricate her from the wreckage.
